任吉存,男 ,上海交通大学化学化工学院教授。1994年于武汉大学获得分析化学专业博士学位。1994年7 月-1996年3 云黄月任湖南师范大学化学系副教授,系副主任,并在湖南医科大学从事博士后工作。19来自96 年3 月至2000 年3月在挪威Bergen大学参加欧共体重大基金项目研究。1997年晋360百科升教授。2001年起任上海交通大学化学化工学院教授,博士生导师。

研究方向

  1)单分子(单颗粒)波动光谱与成像: 发展单分子(单颗粒)波动光谱线与成像新方法,与微流控芯片技术结合,研究活细胞内生物分子、药物分子的动力学以及分子间(药物分子与靶标、蛋白-蛋白)的相互作用。

  (2)光学探针设计与合成:设计合成新型的纳米光学探针和荧光分英出药毫苗希掉本年外子探针,发展活细胞内生物分子的标记新方法。

  (3)生物分析:基于微流控芯片电泳和纳米光学探针标记技术,发展高灵敏度的分析新方法,用于疾病标志物、环境固义喜径线围临游安问商污染物分析。

科研项目

  主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、科学仪器基础研究项目、面上项目,科技部"863"专项,上海科委重点项目等。参与 "973"计划项目,国家自然科学基金重点项目,上海市专项等项目。
