改革录取体系

　　现在拉德利公学主要沿用的是传统的公学录取体系:父母在孩子出生时就在学校为棉孩子注册，或者以后由拉德利校长推荐，进入校长的名录中。学生们仍然需要申请，但提前注册的学生享受较大的优待。

　　2016年改革后的拉德利公学录取将取决于三部分:统一入学考试(the Common Pre-Tests)，成绩报告单和面试。在看到申请者的统一入学考试成绩之后，拉德利会选择部分申请者，向他们目前的学校要克背敌蒸件势上维求成绩报告单。 经过筛选，拉德念步角创造步粒课稳乡等利会决定邀请哪些申请者到学校参加面试。 面试是与一位副校长的三十分钟的对频课米林妈因娘话，内容可能涉及任何一个方面。面试主要考察申请者的两个能力:情绪智力 (emotional intelligence)也就是情商，思维敏捷度(mental agility )。

　　学校致力于提供学生更多课外活动的机会，每天中午都有强制一小时课外活动时间。

　　学校在音乐，戏剧，体育，社团方面都有很好的条件。音乐方面，学校有被称作"传奇"的8人钢琴表演，其音乐指导老师更是ABRSM的考官。体育方面，学校提供墙手球，板球，帆船，网球，马球等一系列活动，其中划船队6次赢过Henley Royal Regatta赛事。社团方面，除了哲学，国际关系等，还有爱丁堡公爵金章奖，CCF(Combined Cadet Force)等项目。
