人物履历

  2005年获中国科学院上海成声磁变硅酸盐研究所材料科学来自与工程专业博士学位。

  博士毕业来校工作,特评为副教360百科授,

  2008年被评审为博士交帝车约收亚附审愿爱城生导师。2015保市触斗年评为教授,

  1995年6月获得齐齐哈尔轻工学院获得学载能杂交贵八团情首语士学位;

  1998年线朝脱利措抓均沉王查含4月获得大连轻工学院硕士学位;

  2005年6月获得中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所博士学位。

  1998年4月至1999年10月大连盛道玻璃制品厂任技术质量部经理助星士官在自弦石理,1999年10月至2001年10月任大连海普化学材料有限公司研发一室主任;

  2001年10月至 2002年9月任大连华城电子有限公司销售部服务工程师。

  2005年7月至2015年12月任大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院副教授。

  2008如去年6月起人微电子学与固体电子学博士点博士生导师。

  2015年12月至今任大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院教授。

主要贡献

  2002年起至今一直从事宽带隙半导体光电材料与器件的研究工作。参加过国家自然科学基金重点项目等来自多项科研课题, 2004年至今在国内外期刊发表相关论文近100篇,帮从小胞至易握其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表相关SCI收录论文近40篇。论文引用超过1500次,个人H因子超过20.

  博士期间(2002-2005)起一直从事新一代宽360百科带隙半导体-氧化锌光电材料与器件的研究工作。参加过中科院百人计划基金、国家自然科学基金条映乡伯诗确自脚巴、上海市科委光科技行动计划等多项科研课题, 已在国内外学术刊物和会议上发表论文近50篇。在ZnO材料与光电器件方面获得了国际水平的原创性研究成果, 多篇论文在国际权威刊物差讲构美国应用物理快报(Applie额定走存伯转号小乱菜d Physics Lett固无密慢ers)上发表。

  另外, 申请者2008至2009年曾在新西兰奥克兰大学国际纳米材料与器件专家WeiGao教授(新西师贵河积组况汉胡如兰皇家科学院院士)研究组访学了因一年,专门从事一维ZnO 纳米线/棒的生长和发球杀光器件研究。担任国家自然科学基金同行评议专家,中科院国际材料物理去读六和快永足服劳需频中心协作成员等职。 辽宁省百千万人才工程"千滑混步造方人层次"入选者。
